Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@warriorwillpower.com and we will provide you with a US return address.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions stipulated in our refund and return policy.

Ice Baths and Saunas: To be eligible for a return of our ice baths and saunas, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, due to hygiene reasons mandated by US law.

Water Chillers: You can try the water chiller for 60 days and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return for the water chiller, the product must be in perfect condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but please clean/wipe it and return it with all parts. There is a restock fee of 20%. We can only approve returns that meet these requirements.

Hyperbaric chambers: To be eligible for a return of our hyperbaric chambers, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, due to hygiene reasons. We charge a 20% restock fee.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also note that we do not offer free returns, and the customer pays the return shipping cost. We cannot process the refund until the product is in our possession. When we receive the unit, we will assess it for any forced damage.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the unit is forcefully damaged, abused or have missing parts.

We do not deliver to PO boxes due to the size of some products. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct address. We do not deliver to military addresses.

Refunds processing time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 - 3 business days. Please remember it can take 2 - 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In rare cases, the products might arrive with dents/scratches from the shipping, but that doesn't affect the functionality. We are not responsible for how the shipping companies handle the packages. If the unit works as intended, we will compensate you with a 5% partial refund for the cosmetic damages.

Please do not throw any of the packaging if the unit is damaged and do not use it without our permission.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital items (guarantees), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. All canceled orders will face a 5% fee from the total order value. The reason is that the bank charges us for the transaction regardless of whether the order is shipped or not.

If 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, it can't be canceled.

IMPORTANT:

As a customer, you agree to abide by our policies when placing orders on our website. All policies are visible on our website and checkout page before you place an order. Not reading our policies does not exonerate you.

Please do not initiate a chargeback, instead get in touch with us if there are any issues.
