Shipping policy

Shipping is free to the US mainland and takes 2 - 6 business days. We ship from our warehouse located in the US.

Water chillers, ice baths, and accessories are shipped separately, so you will receive them in separate packages.

Shipping to Hawaii and Canada costs takes 7 - 14 business days after we dispatch the order. We dispatch those orders within 2 - 5 business days.

Please be patient while we send you the tracking details to your email. You can track your order from the menu "Track Your Order". The shipping times are working/business days.

You take full responsibility for providing the correct delivery address. The delivery address can't be changed after the order is shipped. We do not deliver to PO boxes. You will not be refunded if the delivery fails because you provided us with a PO box. We do not deliver to military base addresses.

For the mainland US, we provide Free Express Shipping.

For Hawaii and Canada orders, we charge $100 for shipping.

The shipping times are not guaranteed because unexpected delays could happen, such as delayed flights, customs inspections, holidays, etc. Please be patient. If 60 days passed since you placed the order and it hasn't been delivered, it will be deemed lost in transit, and you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement based on your choice.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions stipulated in our shipping policy.

Cancellations

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. All canceled orders will be charged a 5% fee from the total order value. The bank charges us for the transaction regardless of whether the order is shipped. 

If 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, it can't be canceled. The order cancellation is not guaranteed if your order has been shipped already!

As a customer, you agree to abide by our policies when you place the order on our website. All policies are visible on our website and the checkout page before you complete the order. Not reading our policies before you place the order doesn't exonerate you.

Q: Do you have products in stock in the US?

A: All our water chillers and ice baths are in our California warehouse and delivered within 2 - 6 business days. Please refer to the product page for shipping information for each product.

Other companies ship from China and don't hold inventory in the US, so be careful. Warrior Willpower is the original creator of the Wi-Fi chiller.
