How often I should change the water filter?
We recommend changing the water filter once every 1 - 2 months. You can purchase extra filters from the Accessories page.

Definitely! We engineered the chiller to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up inside or outside.
The chiller is waterproof, so you can freely use it outside and don't have to cover it with anything.

How cold or warm the chiller can keep the water?
The Warrior/Spartan Max chiller can keep the water at a steady 37 - 40 F whilst filtering and keeping your water clean. It can warm it up to 104 F.
How long it takes to cool down the water?
The chiller cools down the water in 1 - 3 hours. It depends how much water volume there is inside the tub and your climate as well.
Is it easy to setup?
The ice bath assembly takes less than 10 minutes and is super easy. Just inflate it with the pump and you are ready.
The chiller takes about 10 minutes as well - plug the hoses in the ice bath and that is it. We include a video setup guide with your purchase.

We've designed our bath to fit anyone up to 6'9".
How do I drain the ice bath?
The Spartan/Warrior XL Ice Bath has a drain tap at the bottom, so you can easily drain it. Just unplug the chiller if it is connected and the water will be drained.
We also include a tap so you can stop the water if you don't want to use the chiller.
How often should I change the water?
Whenever you notice that it is dirty. Usually once every 3 - 6. We recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water or mild disinfectant after you drain it.
Also, we recommend washing your legs before taking a cold plunge and keeping the ice bath lid on when not using.
How do I keep the water clean for longer?
Always keep the lid on when not in use, to help prevent any debris from falling in.
Also, you can apply hydrogen peroxide and chlorine tablets or water sanitizer.
What is the recommended water temperature for cold plunge?
We recommend starting out at around 59 F (15°C) if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
