Definitely! We engineered the Warrior XL Bath to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up inside or outside, even in temperatures below freezing.
When the chiller is used outside, make sure to cover it with an umbrella, sunshade or similar.
How often I should change the water filter?
We recommend changing the water filter once every month. Easy video instructions are included in the manual on how to do that. You can purchase extra filters from the Accessories page.
What temperatures can the chiller achieve?
The water chiller can cool water to mid 40s without any ice.

Do I need to use ice when using the chiller?
You don't have to use any ice whatsoever when using our ice bath water chiller.
How fast does it cool the water?
The chiller cools down the water from 3 - 6 hours depending on the climate and the ambient temperature. It also depends how much water is inside the tub. Make sure that you don't overfill it.

I am over 6ft, will I fit in the ice bath?
We've designed our bath to fit anyone up to 6'9".
How do I drain the ice bath?
The ice bath has a drain tap at the bottom, so you can easily drain it. Just unplug the chiller if it is connected and the water will be drained.
How often should I change the water in the ice bath?
Whenever you notice that it is dirty. Usually once every 3 - 6 weeks. We recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water or mild disinfectant after you drain it.
How do I keep the water clean for longer?
Always keep the lid on when not in use, to help prevent any debris from falling in.
You can add water stabilizer, epsom salt or hydrogen peroxide if you want as well but it is not necessary.
What is the recommended water temperature for cold plunge?
We recommend starting out at around 59º F if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
1 - 3 minutes per session is sufficient to get the ice bath benefits with up to 3 - 4 times per week.
